Financial Information

As a public charity, the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley makes a point of operating in an open manner that welcomes scrutiny.  We take our obligation to donors, community groups, and the public very seriously.  Accordingly, our federal tax return and audited financial statements are posted on our website and are on file with the New York State Attorney General.

June 30, 1996, the Foundation’s endowment was $5.4 million.  As of June 30, 2011, assets have grown to almost $35 million.
